Rebel 2023 This arts and literature publication, produced by Pirate Media 1, was a project I independently directed and designed. Through this experience, I honed my skills in mood board creation and curating artwork to fit a cohesive editorial vision. I chose the theme Divine Famine to reflect the powerful, all-female body of submissions we received that year, each piece exploring strength in its many forms.

To capture the theme's richness, I selected a color palette of black, gold, and green, complemented by paper textures to evoke the timeless, sacred feel of an old manuscript, while also symbolizing divinity and resilience.

Rebel '24 was directed by me and the Editor in Chief and designed by the creative staff at Pirate Media 1. The idea was to make an interactive magazine that pulled the readers in through a prism like style, starting with bright colors in the beginning and a fade to black and white in the back. The body text of Avenir Next and the headline is Oh No Blaze Face.
